Thought I'd send you an email to let you know that I've secured a job in central London with a company called Speaker Bus. You may not have heard of them, I hadn't! They provide Intercom equipment for many companies, but predominately the financial market.

My Title is systems engineer and ideally suits my networking skills as all their modules run through their own servers and software. The company has a global network so there will be opportunities for travel. My salary is £24,900 with lots of opportunity to do over time, so I'll be aiming to boost that up to nearer £30k. I did get offered other jobs (and still do!) but chose this one as I feel it has the best prospects for me.

Thanks for all your help!

David Kayes here wanting to let you know that I have been accepted for a job with Vodafone in New Zealand as a NMC Network Engineer.

I just want to thank you and the rest of the team for their training and in particular for the interview techniques as I feel that this especially helped me to secure this role.

Last week I started a contract with EDS at Telford on the DII (F) project. I'd just like to thank you and all at JBC for the training, support and help I received. Please pass this on to everyone at JBC for me.

Just been offered a job with Spring at a MOD site in Corsham working on a help desk starting tomorrow on a 6 month + contract at £10 ph going on to £14 ph once my SC is confirmed. I would like to say many thanks for all the hard work you all put in on my behalf. The training course for me was spot on, giving me the day to day skills and the confidence to work in an IT environment.

The training couldn’t have worked out better, as the first 3 questions on the interview we had covered on your job search session, and the personal statement went down very well.

I just thought that I would give you a quick update now that I am eight weeks into my new IT career. I'm working for an American company called Vicon Industries at their European headquarters in Fareham, Hampshire. They make and sell CCTV security systems, and I am the company's IT specialist, running the network and providing IT support to all staff throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, I am, in everything but title, the company's IT manager; although if they called me that they would probably have to pay me more! Whilst the job was very daunting at first, I've managed to tackle everything that has been thrown at me (Google can be very useful at times) and I have already had to visit our offices in Cheshire and Milan, with a trip to Brussels coming up very shortly. I've learnt a large amount in the last few weeks and can honestly say that I look forward to going to work every day.

Just thought I would write a short note to all at JBC especially the Trainers, for all your hard work in delivering a well constructed training program which I attended recently.

The Knowledge I gained from this course has helped me on the way to becoming an IT professional. I have been in full time work now for two weeks and still the phone goes with more job offers. I am in a strong position now which is a place I never thought I would be after such a short period of time out of the Army.

Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing you in the future when I will attend further training. Thanks again and remind all that are training to listen to Bill because his Job search session do actually come in handy.

I would like you to pass my unreserved thanks to all the staff at JBC for their efforts in the last couple of months. I have come out the army, very nervy of the future ahead with regards to employment and now feel there are many lights at the end of the tunnel.

The course mix of centralized topic and quick fire "JOB SEARCH" sessions from Bill "cheers Bill" has unfortunately not lasted long enough. I feel under the tutorage of the current subject matter experts I can safely say that if continued to learn here I too could amass a gazillion MCPs. Alas I have to go to work but as it may be hard for some to say, A FAR MORE CONFIDENT MAN.

Before the interview took place, I had to sit a technical questionnaire, not a pass/ fail situation but to give them a feel for my ability.

I felt the interview went well and it took about an hour. At the end I was seen out of the building and told that I would be notified by the end of the day. I had just got home (11.00) when the phone rang (11.30) and I was offered the job, another JBC success story. Apparently there had been 50 applications for the post, I have no idea what they shortlisted this to.

Anyway, thanks again, I'll keep in touch.

I went on a resettlement course with JBC after serving over 5 years in the Army and thought I knew a lot about computers, but that soon changed. The staff at JBC have a fountain of knowledge that they are very willing to share, I found that the amount of information I was given was very beneficial as I have been given a job with a multi-million company as one of their engineers. I also have been offered interviews for other jobs right up to management. If you want to get into IT then you should go on one of JBC's courses.

JBC Training offered excellent training and a friendly warm atmosphere to learn.

I have now secured a contract as an Infrastructure Engineer in Shropshire thanks to JBC.

A second to none service and I would recommend JBC to anyone.
